About the bike

Ride in style with this sunkissed red classic that won the 1980 Tour de France. All parts have been thoroughly checked and maintained. Front wheel has been upgraded from chrome to aluminium to improve braking in rain. Included for free: original undamaged chrome front wheel and spare outer tyre.

Frame: Raleigh Team 58cm in near showroom condition (1.75-1.88)
Gears:5x2 suntour (new chain, cables, bottom bracket)
Wheels & Tyres: 27 inch wheels with 32mm all season wide racing tyres with anti puncture (rear like new, front used but fair) Hub bearings greased and spokes tensioned.
Brakes: Wienmann original caliper brakes (new pads, cables, axle grease, lever hoods)
