Please note that this return policy only applies to the products sold directly by BikeFair. Those are the “additional products” you can select after choosing a bicycle. Bicycles offered on BikeFair are NOT sold directly by BikeFair, and therefore this return policy does not apply to bicycles.

Return your product

We hope you'll like the purchased product. If not, don't worry. You can return the product if it's not in good shape. To guide you through the process as well as possible, follow these steps. We also have an overview for most frequently asked questions.

Not satisfied with a product? Get in contact with our customer service. You can call (+31 85 0027787) or by e-mail: team@bikefair.org. We'll gladly help finding a fitting solution.

  • When you post your return shipment, you receive an e-mail with your return (RMA) number.
  • Send your return. Also read "How can I return a product?"
  • After we've received your article, you'll get another confirmation by e-mail with information about the next steps.
  • Within 14 days you receive a refund or get a new product sent to you.

You can also bring the package to our office in Amsterdam during office hourse.

Can I return a product?

Every consumer has a right to a 14-day cooldown period. Within this term, you get to try the product. Please take into account this term starts upon delivery.

You can also use the European modelform for recall to make it clear you want to return the purchase. This is not obligatory.
