The Acid 240 is in everything a real mountain bike, but one size smaller. The components are specially tuned for small users. Like the extra supple front fork. And strong V-brakes operated by slightly smaller brake levers. Of course with brake force limiter on the front wheel, so that overenthusiastic braking does not result in an OTB, an "over the bar. Concessions because it's "only" a kids' bike after all? Absolutely not! The Acid 240 is made from the same heat-treated 6061 aluminum as our big-man bikes, including lugs for a water bottle cage and fenders. The frame is therefore just as light and solid, but with the right proportions for kids. The geometry is also customized: playful and lively, but at the same time stable and easy to control. And because we know that a crash is nevertheless not out of the question, we have made the rear dropout to which the derailleur is attached replaceable.
