The Spectra is equipped with the Nexus hub gear, with the 5 gears shifted via the twist shifter on the handlebar. The bike features 4 riding modes, including cruise control and a turbo function for when you want just a bit more power. It also has a walk-assist function, allowing it to "walk" along under its own power. The battery can be electronically unlocked easily via the display. It then automatically comes out of the frame so you can remove it easily using the comfortable handle. With the generous 700 Wh capacity, a range of 100 km is realistic under average use, and more than 150 km is possible in favorable conditions. The fast charger (4A) is supplied with a handy storage bag. The battery can be charged either on the bike or separately from it. The charging progress is shown on the bike display and by the indicator on the battery. The luxurious color display can be removed in a single motion and functions as an immobilizer, since the bike only works with your own display. This makes bike theft less attractive. In the basic view, operating the compact menu is easy; if you select the advanced view, additional options and settings are available, such as your ride statistics from the past 20 days. The illuminated control panel is located directly next to the handlebar grip so you can operate it while keeping both hands on the handlebar. Via the USB-C port in the display holder, you can charge your mobile phone while riding.
